When does my coffee get shipped and is there a weekly cut-off date for delivery?
Orders are dispatched on every Tuesday.

To ensure a next-week delivery or collection at shop, place the order before 12:00a.m. midnight of every Friday.

Can you grind the coffee beans for me?
It is highly recommended that you grind the coffee beans right before brewing in order to enjoy their maximum freshness. However, we would be happy to grind them for you upon request.

Is there a delivery cost?
There is a standard delivery fee of HKD$30 if you choose to have the goods sent to a service point or a specific commercial address.

However, there will be no delivery charge if you choose to pick up the goods at our shop location.

What if I want to deliver to a residential address?
Unfortunately we could not perform delivery to a non-commercial address.

If you are unsure whether your address is a commercial one, we strongly suggest that you choose to pick up your order at a designated service point provided by the delivery agent to avoid any extra costs.

Can I collect the goods directly from the shop?
Certainly! And there will be no delivery cost for collection at our shop. Just remember to pick up your order in good time to enjoy maximum freshness of the coffee beans.

Can someone else pick up the goods for me from the shop?
Why not? Just make sure the collector brings his/her photo ID together with a copy of the Confirmation Email or Notification Email.

Is international delivery available?
We currently do not deliver to addresses outside of Hong Kong SAR.

Can I make changes to the order?
We may be able to help you with changes to your order. Go check out our Terms and Conditions for details.

Can I arrange for an exchange or cancellation?
We do have an exchange policy in place. Simply refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

I’m afraid you may not make a cancellation once we have accepted your order. But you may make changes to your order still. Just check out “Change Your Order” in our Terms and Conditions.
